Active Ingredient(s) : Sodium Chloride Solution which is salt water (saline) and Benzalkonium Chloride Solution a preservative that is added in a very small amount to keep the product fresh for up to 4 weeks.
Nasosal is a decongestant product. Its a sterile, saline solution that clears blocked noses instantly. Unlike other decongestants it isn't strong smelling and is, therefore, ideal for delicate nasal membranes.
