When will my order be processed?

We process orders during normal business days Monday-Friday, and Sundays (excluding bank holidays).

Orders received on weekdays before 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.

Orders received on weekdays after 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).

*Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during sales.

*Orders containing medicines such as paracetamol, received after 11am on Sundays may not be processed until Monday.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery for orders to the Republic of Ireland is usually Next Working Day after dispatch. We deliver from Monday - Saturday* (excluding Bank Holidays).

*Saturday deliveries are with An Post only, and to major towns and cities.

*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.

*Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for all orders over €48 shipped with An Post, within the Republic of Ireland.

All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges within the Republic of Ireland:

  • An Post (usually next day delivery) €5.99 per order under €48
  • UPS (usually next day delivery) €6.50 per order
Who will deliver my order?

All orders will be delivered by An Post or UPS, depending on who you choose.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you can track your order online at An Post or UPS.

Do you deliver internationally?

We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from us and live outside of Ireland please use our website chat or phone +353 1 8869564 with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will give you a quote for the expected shipping costs.

I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?

Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. If you have any special requests re-discretion, please don't hesitate to let us know as we are more than happy to try and help (please use our website chat or phone +353 1 8869564).

How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?

We'll send you a text message via An Post or UPS to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).
You can also track your delivery online at An Post or UPS.

What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?

If you are not at home to accept the delivery you can contact the courier directly, either to re-arrange delivery or to collect your order yourself.
