McCabes Store Return & Refund Policy

STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of purchase accompanied by your proof of purchase/receipt.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that it was sold.
• We are happy to exchange the product for another item in the store of the same value or offer a McCabes Pharmacy gift voucher to the same amount.
• Unfortunately, for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items including medicine, vitamins and supplements, food (including baby formula), and intimate care products.
• Returns and Exchanges are a gesture of goodwill offered by McCabes Pharmacy to its customers.

STORE REFUNDS
We are happy to provide a full refund:

• If the product was faulty at the point of sale.
• If the item purchased was not the same as the item advertised in the packaging.

Refunds must be accompanied by proof of purchase/receipt.

Refunds are made in the same method as original payment was received e.g cash purchase receives cash refund, credit card purchase receives credit card refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
