Description
Natures Aid® Turmeric is a unique combination providing both an extract with a high curcumin content PLUS a whole herb turmeric.
Curcumin and turmeric are often spoken about as if they are the same thing. This is not the case. Curcumin is just one component of the whole turmeric herb – turmeric actually provides over 200 different, potentially beneficial, compounds.
Some medical herbalists prefer to use whole herb products, whilst others suggest that high curcumin extracts are best – Natures Aid Turmeric is therefore the best of both worlds.
How to take:
- Take 1 capsule per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose

Order before 2pm for next day delivery
Delivery Options/charges:
- An Post: €5.99 per order (Free Delivery on orders over €48)
- UPS: €6.50 per order
- Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday will usually be processed and dispatched on Sunday for delivery to you on Monday. For UPS this will be Monday for Tuesday delivery (or if it's a bank holiday, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery).
- We deliver from Monday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities).
