Nicorette Freshmint QuickMist is a fast-acting, convenient nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) designed to help you manage nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms when you are trying to quit smoking. This oral spray is a practical and effective solution to provide rapid craving relief in as little as 60 seconds.

What is Nicorette QuickMist used for?

Nicorette QuickMist is used to:

  • Relieve withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings when you are trying to quit smoking or reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke.
  • Help you cut down on smoking gradually by replacing certain cigarettes or by completely replacing smoking.
  • Motivate you to quit smoking, by providing quick nicotine relief without the harmful effects of cigarettes.

How to use Nicorette QuickMist:

  1. Prime the pump by pressing the top firmly into a tissue until a fine mist appears.
  2. Press the top of the dispenser firmly to release one spray into your mouth (avoid your lips).
  3. Wait a few seconds before swallowing the spray for the best results. Do not inhale the spray into your throat.
  4. Close the dispenser by sliding the button down until it locks in place.

Usage Guidelines:

  • Start with 1 spray when you feel the urge to smoke.
  • If cravings don’t disappear, use an additional spray.
  • 1-2 sprays per craving, with a maximum of 2 sprays at a time, 4 sprays per hour, and up to 64 sprays per day.

Side Effects:

As with any nicotine replacement therapy, you may experience some side effects, including:
