    Will my prescriptions or medication orders be affected by the rebrand?

    No, your prescriptions and medication orders will not be affected. Everything will continue as usual, and you will receive the same high standard of care and service.

    How do I book my Flu vaccine?

    If you have previously booked your vaccine through LloydsPharmacy you should continue to use the LloydsPharmacy app or website (click here to book this year’s vaccine appointment).

    If you have previously booked your vaccine through McCabes Pharmacy you should continue to use the McCabes Pharmacy app or website (click here to book this years vaccine appointment).

    Why is LloydsPharmacy changing its name to McCabes Pharmacy ?

    We are changing our name to McCabes Pharmacy. This change marks a significant milestone as we unite to form a network of 110 pharmacies nationwide, making us the largest and most patient-centric community pharmacy chain in Ireland. Our goal is to enhance our offerings and continue providing exceptional care to meet our patients' evolving healthcare needs, all under the much loved brand of McCabes Pharmacy.

    Will my prescriptions or medication orders be affected by the rebrand from LloydsPharmacy to McCabes Pharmacy?

    No, your prescriptions and medication orders will not be affected. Everything will continue as usual, and you will receive the same high standard of care and service. However, if you prefer to order your prescriptions online, you should continue to use the LloydsPharmacy website or app until the end of January, when all online prescription orders will be processed through the McCabes Pharmacy website and app.

    Can I still use the LloydsPharmacy website or app to order my repeat prescription, or upload my new prescription, if my local LloydsPharmacy has recently rebranded to McCabes Pharmacy?

    Yes - You can still upload a new prescription, or order a repeat prescription on the LloydsPharmacy website or app (Please click here).

    How do I book an appointment for a vaccination or service if my local LloydsPharmacy store has recently rebranded to McCabes Pharmacy?

    You can still book an appointment for a health check service or vaccination in your local Lloydspharmacy on the Lloydspharmacy website or app (please click here).

    What happens to my appointment bookings made on LloydsPharmacy website and app?

    Appointment bookings will not be affected by the rebranding. Your appointment details will remain the same, and you will receive the same high standard of care and service. If your local LloydsPharmacy has rebranded to McCabes Pharmacy by the time of your appointment, simply go to the same location.

    Will LloydsPharmacy store opening hours be changing?

    No, LloydsPharmacy store opening hours will remain the same, even after the rebranding to McCabes Pharmacy. Our store opening hours can be found on the LloydsPharmacy website store locator (click here).

    Please note opening hours may change over Bank Holidays and Christmas so keep an eye on the LloydsPharmacy website for updates.

    Where do I go to for information on LloydsPharmacy store opening hours and contact details?

    When do I stop using the LloydsPharmacy website and app for services?

    Both the LloydsPharmacy website and app remain operational and can be used to book your appointment, order your online prescription (Digiscript), and find your store opening hours/phone number.

    We will notify you in January, when these services will move to the McCabes Pharmacy website and new McCabes Pharmacy app, and we will provide guidance on
    what you need to do next.

    Will there be any changes to the services offered in LloydsPharmacy stores?

    No the services you rely on will remain the same. We will continue to offer in-store services and expert advice such as; prescription services, health screening, health consultations, emergency contraception and vaccinations as well as our quick and convenient online prescription service, DigiScript.

    Our expanded network will enable us to provide even more comprehensive and convenient healthcare solutions.

    Until end of January we will still operate the Lloyds Pharmacy website and App for booking appointments, ordering prescriptions on line and for store locator  details.

    Will my local LloydsPharmacy store remain open?

    Yes, all existing LloydsPharmacy locations will remain open and will transition to the McCabes Pharmacy brand. The staff and services you know and trust will remain the same. You can find your local Lloyds Pharmacy store using our store locator here.

    Will there be any changes to the staff at my local pharmacy?

    How will this rebrand benefit customers?

    The rebrand to McCabes Pharmacy allows us to combine our strengths and create a stronger, more resilient pharmacy network. This means better healthcare solutions, more comprehensive services, and enhanced convenience for you, our valued customers. We are working through the transition phase and we thank you for your patience and continued support.

    Can I still make orders online for home delivery on LloydsPharmacy website or app?

    Yes until December you can still order on the LloydsPharmacy website or app for home delivery.

    However, there is a comprehensive range of products available here on the McCabes Pharmacy website, and we welcome any LloydsPharmacy customers who would like to make a purchase from us.

    What happens to "Delivery to Local Store" orders placed on the LloydsPharmacy website?

    There will be no change with this service until December. If you place an order on the LloydsPharmacy website and the store has rebranded to McCabes Pharmacy by the time you collect it, you can still pick up your order as usual.

    Simply go to the same location and provide your order details as you normally would.

    There is a comprehensive range of products and free Click and collect service available here on the McCabes Pharmacy website. We expect to be able offer Click and collect services to LloydsPharmacy stores from the end of January 2025 onwards.

    Refunds will be handled the same way as before, whether you are dealing with a LloydsPharmacy or a McCabes Pharmacy store.
