How to Use:

To use your Thermal Belt, start by ensuring it is fully charged. Connect the provided USB cable to the port located at the bottom of the device and attach it to a USB-friendly power source. It may take up to 3.5 hours for the Thermal Belt to fully charge, and all lights will flash when the device requires charging.

Heating Setting:

1. Preparation: Ensure you are wearing a layer of non-synthetic material between your skin and the device, as it heats up quickly. If the heat becomes uncomfortable, discontinue use. Position the device on your desired area and secure it around your body for hands-free use.
2. Activation: Press and hold the heat on/off button for 2 seconds to activate the heating function.
3. Adjusting Heat Levels: Tap the heat on/off button lightly to cycle through the three heat settings. For your first use, start with heat level 1 and only increase if comfortable. The device remembers your last setting, so if you turn it off, it will resume at that level when turned back on.
4. Deactivation: To turn off the heat function, press and hold the heat on/off button for 2 seconds.

Vibration Setting:

1. Preparation: Place the device on the desired area and secure it with the strap for hands-free use.
2. Activation: Press and hold the vibration on/off button for 2 seconds to start the vibration function.
3. Adjusting Vibration Levels: Tap the vibration on/off button lightly to cycle through the three vibration settings. Like the heat setting, the device will remember your last vibration setting for your next use.
4. Deactivation: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the vibration function.
